When making your purchase, please note all sales are final. Meaning once you make a purchase, you will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund. 

We pack our products with special filling to avoid any problem, but in case one or more of your items were damaged on arrival, please send us a message via our form or by email 5 days upon parcel arrival so we can help you find a solution.
